We value the health and safety of both our on-site personnel and residents. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak we will not be allowing contact with prospective tenants and cancelling showings until the national declaration of emergency is lifted.
We will allow the start of applications for closings to occur once the emergency declarations have been lifted with the following guidelines:
1. Online applications only.
2. We request that you provide both income and current landlord verification prior to scheduling showings in the future.
3. We will finalize applications and allow for home showings as soon as the emergency declaration has been lifted.
